Johnny Bruce, CPA

Mr. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting from Kennesaw State University.
He became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia in March of 1998. Mr. Bruce is a manager in our
Cartersville office and has over nine years experience in auditing governmental agencies.
While working with the international accounting firm of Grant Thornton, LLP, Mr. Bruce was instrumental in the engagement of several governmental
audits including the City of Rome, Georgia, the City of College Park, Georgia, the City of Decatur, Georgia, and Fulton County, Georgia.
Mr. Bruce is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a proud graduate of the 1997 Leadership Calhoun-Gordon County.

Jennifer M. Brynteson, CPA

Ms. Brynteson is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the State of Georgia She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
Jennifer has been with the firm since 2002. She is responsible for performing financial statement audits for governmental and non-profit entities, as well as
small businesses. She also prepares corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Molly H. Edwards, CPA, MBA

Ms. Edwards is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the State of Georgia She is the manager of the Cedartown office and is responsible for individual, corporate, and partnership tax planning and preparation..
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Cedartown Chapter of Kiwanis International.
Mrs. Edwards is the current President of the Rome Chapter of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves as a
board memeber for the Cedartown Chapter of Kiwanis International.
Mrs. Edwards holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration and a Masters of Business Administration from Berry College. She recieves a minimum of forty hours per year in continuing professional education relating to the practice and theory of audit and tax methodology.

Jan Simerly

Ms. Simerly is a senior accountant with 10 years experience in Public Accounting. She works
in both the auditing and tax departments in the firm.
Her auditing work includes audits of non-profit, governmental and service organizations.
Her tax experience includes the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Simerly received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University in 1996 with a major in accounting.
$nbsp;She is presently working towards her certification as a CPA. She obtains at least forty hours of
continuing education each year in the areas of tax and audit.
